Tuscany Residents Association Fee

Please check your email for your Invoice dated April 1st, 2026

TRA membership fees are due annually on May 31st.

  • A $5 administration fee applies

    Debit Payment

  • Accepted at Customer Service
  • Available 7 days a week
  • 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM

    Cheque Payment

  • Mail via Canada Post, or
  • Drop off in the secure box located below the window by the gate entrance

    Cash Payment

  • Accepted at the Administration Office only
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

 

 

Update Your Member Information & Guest Guidelines

  The Tuscany Club exists to serve residents of the Tuscany and Tuscarora communities through programs and amenities, including tennis courts, splash park, skateboard park, gymnasium, rinks, and more!

  Keep Your Information Up to Date

  Now is a great time to make sure your member information is accurate, including:

  • All family listed

  • Correct contact information

  • Online account creation if you don’t already have one.

    If you are requiring assistance with your online account (setting up or accessing), please email assistantmanager@tuscanyclub.ca

Guest Guidelines

  • Guests are not permitted in registered programs or adult drop-in sports. Non-member registration is allowed if space permits. Member or non-member substitutions are allowed if the registered participant is unable to attend.

  • Members 17 and under may bring 2 guests, adults may bring 5 guests to use outdoor facilities.

  • Each member may bring one guest for open gym time, if space permits.

  • Guests and members under 12 must be directly supervised by an adult (18+) at all times.

  • Once members leave, guests must leave too.

  • Members cannot sign in other members as guests to gain access.

  • All members must be in good standing to use the Club and amenities.

Large Guest Groups:

  • Members bringing more than 5 guests (up to 15) must complete a Guest Park List Form.

  • Submit this form to the Customer Service desk before your visit.

 

   A reminder that only Tuscany Residents who have paid their TRA Membership fees will be permitted to access the facility and its amenities or register for programs.

HEALTH & WELLNESS UPDATE      

  We will continue to encourage all staff, members, and guests visiting our facility to stay home when feeling sick (even if symptoms are mild), practice frequent and proper hand hygiene, cover coughs and sneezes, and follow all other public health guidelines still in place (i.e., isolation requirements).

  We also ask that you respect each person’s decision to continue to mask or not, as we all navigate these next steps.
