TRA Facility Rental Information
TRA facilities are available exclusively to TRA members for private, non-commercial events.
Please note:
- Events must remain private and cannot be open to the public.
- For-profit or fundraising activities (including sales, auctions, or charity events) are not permitted.
- No entry fees or public advertising are allowed.
- Rentals are unavailable on December 24, 25, 26, 31, and January 1.

Only Tuscany Residents Association members are eligible to create and access a household online account.
