TUSCANY CLUB OOSC
The Tuscany Club Out of School Care program (OOSC) is a licensed childcare service, catering to families who live within the community of Tuscany and are in good standing with the Tuscany Residents Association.
OOSC provides a high quality Before and After School Care program for children in grades K-6.
Our program currently serves:
- Eric Harvie School
- St. Basil School
- Tuscany Elementary School
- Twelve Mile Coulee School
As a licensed childcare facility, subsidy is available through the Government of Alberta for qualifying families.

Our Philosophy
Our play-based program follows the principles of Flight: Alberta’s Early Learning and Care Framework. Our goal is to support children’s holistic well-being and promote their emotional, cognitive, social, and physical development. Each day, through outdoor play and child-centred experiences, we give children opportunities to explore, make choices, be creative, and learn through play. We support children as they grow into mighty learners. We value and respect the diversity of children and families in our community. We welcome different cultures, languages, abilities, backgrounds, and family experiences. We want every child to feel included, respected, and that they belong. We help children learn about respect, sharing, giving and receiving, building friendships, and developing positive relationships. Through exploration and age-appropriate risk-taking, children also learn how to safely navigate the world around them. We believe that a strong community brings us together. We work to build positive and trusting relationships with children and families and create a safe, welcoming, and caring place where every child can learn and grow.
