The TRA is the owner of the Tuscany Club at 212 Tuscany Way NW. The Tuscany Club is an amenity for the exclusive benefit of the Association’s members, including their immediate families.

Membership fees are set by the Association’s board of directors on an annual basis. In the case of single family homes, the maximum principal amount of the encumbrance is $307.31 per year, and in the case of condominium units, the maximum principal amount of the encumbrance is $230.50 per year. In each case, there is an inflation adjustment factor added to those principal amounts.

For the fiscal period ending March 31, 2026 the Association’s fees were set as follows:

• $307.31 including GST per year for single family homeowner members
• $230.50 including GST per year for condominium unit homeowner members
